Due to our automated order processing system, once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or changed for ANY reason. It cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before purchasing to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct. This system is designed to provide quick and efficient order fulfillment, and any changes or refunds would disrupt this process.

 

It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect address at checkout. If your order is shipped to the wrong address, we cannot issue a refund or resend the items. To avoid this, please double-check your address before confirming your order.

 

If your order is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the merchandise ONLY! Shipping was already paid for when the order was shipped! This includes if you accidentally put the wrong address, forgot your apartment number, or were not home to receive the package!

We are only responsible if you enter the correct address at checkout. To avoid this, please double-check your address before confirming your order.

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, noon EST, Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
